A Cincinnati judge’s suspension was stayed by the Ohio Supreme Court on the condition that he complete at least eight hours of sexual harassment training after he sent “offensive and sexually suggestive” content over social media to a court reporter.
Hamilton County Municipal Court Judge Theodore Berry’s six-month suspension was stayed on the condition that he complete eight hours of continuing judicial education on the subject of sexual harassment and refrain from committing any further misconduct. If he fails to comply with those conditions, the stay will be lifted and he will serve the six-month suspension, according to the court’s order filed Wednesday.
