Despite having four children, the Queen was only ever pictured once while pregnant, royals fans have spotted. And, even then, the bump "can hardly be made out" in the image in question.
That's because, at the time the late Elizabeth II's children were born, pregnant women were shielded away from the public. Back then, it was seen as taboo.
As a result, the one picture we have of the Queen with child is from January 1960, when she was pregnant with her third child Andrew. A month later, she became the first reigning monarch to give birth in 103 years as both King Charles III, and Anne, the Princess Royal, were born before she became Queen.

In the photo, the Queen was with a young King Charles, walking their dogs through Liverpool Street station, having returned by train from Sandringham on January 18 1960. At the time, Her Majesty was expecting the birth of her son Prince Andrew in a month.
But no other photos showing her visibly pregnant exist. According to Harpers Bazaar, the Queen wasn't even allowed to announce that she was expecting. The public were told she would put a hold on her royal duties.
A statement issued in 1948 by Buckingham Palace read: "Her Royal Highness Princess Elizabeth will undertake no public engagements after the end of June." Also, no public photos of the Queen on the hospital steps were taken, as is tradition today when a royal baby is born.
Prince William was the first heir to be born in a hospital. The day after he was born, Princess Diana and Prince Charles were pictured with their son as they exited St Mary's Hospital in Paddington. From then on, a tradition was started to debut royal babies on the hospital steps, as members of the public eagerly await a glimpse.
The Queen reportedly hated the word 'pregnant' and banned it being used in her presence as she found it 'vulgar'. She insisted that people referred to pregnant women as being 'in the family way', which is an old fashioned phrase that is not used nowadays.
Both Kate Middleton and Meghan Markle attended numerous public engagements while pregnant. And Princes William and Harry used the term 'pregnant' when speaking about their wives to the media.
