CLEVELAND, Ohio – Michael Wood didn’t hold back his feelings for law enforcement when he went to the Clark County Fair in southwestern Ohio in 2016.
He wore a “F--- the Police” shirt and repeatedly screamed profanities at sheriff’s deputies before they arrested him on a charge of disorderly conduct. In his kindest terms, he referred to officers as “thugs with badges” and “dirty rat bastards.”
