Union Leader owes an apology for vulgar photo

To the Editor: I believe the Union Leader owes its readership an apology for the article today “Anti-Biden sign with F-word stirs town of Bethlehem” by Jason Schreiber and the vulgar picture that even you felt needed to be blurred to print. For the same reason that the Red Sox don’t show footage of streakers at Fenway Park games, you should not be pandering to the exhibitionism of someone displaying vulgar/illegal/inappropriate behavior. Intelligent people on both side of today’s huge political divide should be offended. It is not front page worthy and should have been reported without the picture.
